At 15 years old, Theo began his quest to win sporting clay championships by relocating to Texas to pursue a professional shooting career. Ribbs mentored legendary sporting clay champion and Olympic medalist, Dan Carlisle who immediately discovered Theo’s natural talent. At age sixteen, Theo quickly rose to become a Junior National champion. By twenty-one years old Theo entered the professional ranks with great success winning major championships.
